These bags make wonderful gifts for friends, family, co-workers, and clients. And they represent a gift that keeps on giving by providing support for GEM's vital programming.

Girls E-Mentorship (GEM) was founded in 2012 from a vision that all young women should have the opportunity to succeed despite where they’ve come from or what barriers they’ve faced. We believe that women mentoring girls is essential in fostering the success of the next generation, and critical to creating gender equity in Canada.
GEM offers a research-based mentorship program for marginalized high school girls to build their professional skills and achieve their academic and career potential. We individually match each GEM girl with a professional woman volunteer mentor for a 9-month program that includes professional skills development, experiential workshops through our GEMinars and Enrichment activities, and increased financial opportunities through Scholarships, paid Internships, and leading research supporting women through mentorship.
